Well the drought surely has broken. After dealing with COVID-19 for majority of 2020, Sunshine Coast Unit organised the first competency day for Flood Boat Operators. Kawana State Emergency Service joined 6 Flood Boats from Sunshine And also joined Noosa’s Boreen Point SES and Cooroy SES on the water from the Twin Waters Boat Ramp. Over 30 SES members going through their skills required to maintain and be ready for the season ahead. Thank you everybody that participated today, what a great effor from all!
